Odessa Mass Shooting – Aug 31, 2019

The gunman had begun his rampage near Midland, Texas – opening fire through the rear window of his car. He then sped toward Odessa, firing randomly at vehicles in over 20 different locations. I was called in to help manage the moment, doing countless live shots from the crisis center ‘war room’ while simultaneously overseeing the city’s crisis response as the medical director of the City of Odessa.
